Technical Sales and Solutions Specialist
indTech is looking for a Technical Sales & Solutions Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth. We need someone who understands our industry, has a passion for technical engineering solutions, and knows that strong personal relationships are key to truly understanding customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver Tailored Solutions – Work closely with customers to provide procurement solutions and engineering parts/projects that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Maintain Strong Relationships – Build long-term partnerships by understanding each client’s unique challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
* Identify & Engage New Customers – Proactively seek out and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their technical and procurement needs.
* Expand Customer Portfolio – Develop and execute strategies to grow indTech’s customer base across key industries.
* Collaborate for Growth – Work with internal teams to refine service offerings and ensure seamless project delivery for customers.
Requirements:
* Core values aligned with indTech - We provide service and value to our customers in a bespoke, agile and interpersonal manner.
* 5+ years' of sales / technical customer service delivery experience within our industry or similar skills.
* Ability to build and maintain a budget in the form of a customer pipeline and forecast.
* Target / goal driven.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
