Your Role as Registered Manager

Leadership & Management

* Drive continuous improvement and implement strategies for the homes growth and success.

Compliance & Safeguarding
* Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant standards.
* Champion a robust safeguarding culture, prioritizing the welfare of children and young people.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are current and effectively implemented.
Flexibility & Dedication
* Adapt your schedule to meet the homes needs, including evening and weekend work or occasional sleeping-in duties.
* Lead by example, stepping in when needed to support your team and foster a culture of collaboration.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, youll need to bring passion, leadership, and a proven track record in child care:
Essential Requirements
* Age 21 or older.
* Right to work in the UK.
* A clean driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
* A minimum of five years experience working with children in a senior role.
* NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care, Youth Work, or Education.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young Peoples Residential Management (or working towards it).
Desirable Attributes
* An enhanced portable DBS.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing a residential care setting.
