Details of location and shift pattern: Location: Company Shop Group, Tankersley Distribution Centre, Wentworth Way, Wentworth Industrial Estate, Tankersley, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S75 3DH Salary: £30,793 per annum Shifts/hours: 40 hours per week working various shift patterns. Please note: Warehouse Team Supervisors are required to be flexible when working, in order to cover the operational hours, which includes weekends and bank holidays. Requirements About the role The role will see direct managerial responsibilities across various teams who are managing the operational activity, with up to 20 colleagues across a team. We are looking for an individual who is currently in a Supervisory role and has experience within Production, Packing and Warehousing. You will be required to hit the ground running and demonstrate a solid commitment to delivery whilst adhering to quality, health and safety, food and environmental standards and processes. This role would be ideal for an individual with previous Food manufacturing, Retail or an FMCG Supervisory background.
