We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations and Stores Assistant to join our client in Poole, a well-established local company recognized as a leading global brand.

You will be an integral part of the team as they have a global portfolio of customers. This is a straight permanent opportunity that can offer an immediate start.
You will be working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays. The salary is £25,000-£28,000 DOE.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Raising work orders
2. Purchasing of raw materials and consumables
3. Placing orders for sub-contract jobs
4. Progressing of purchase orders
5. Maintaining the CRM/ERP system with accurate Purchase Order delivery dates
6. Warehouse support: picking, packing, loading, and shelf stocking
7. Assembly and inspection
Requirements:
1. Experience in using an ERP/MRP System is essential
2. Goods in inspection & Materials Controller experience would be ideal but not essential
3. Knowledge/experience within procurement or purchasing would be advantageous
4. Previous materials administration experience is essential
