Previous experience within the property industry is essential, preferably within a Sales Manager/Branch Manager/Area Manager role A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results The ability to motivate and coach estate agents to successfully offer our services to their clients in order to secure more business Excellent, engaging presentation skills being comfortable in speaking to both large and small audiences, in all training mediums. You will have a persuasive and inspiring manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of stakeholders within a business to develop trust and product confidence This is a field-based role covering the South Coast of the UK and will require extensive travel and occasional overnight stays.
