Head of Therapeutic Services
Location: Nuneaton, North Warwickshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic clinician to lead our therapy services. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing therapeutic support across our community, working closely with both therapeutic and operational teams. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential, as you'll oversee the delivery of care to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the therapy team, ensuring high-quality, trauma-responsive care.
* Develop and oversee specialist therapeutic programs tailored to each child’s unique needs.
* Ensure compliance with HCPC regulations and professional standards, maintaining the highest ethical practice.
* Implement evidence-based therapies, focusing on achieving positive and measurable outcomes for children.
* Manage resources efficiently, including therapeutic equipment.
* Share expertise with staff, providing both formal and informal training to enhance knowledge across the community.
* Continuously develop the team’s clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience working with children in a therapeutic setting.
* A clinical qualification with UKCP/BACP registration.
* In-depth knowledge of trauma and attachment theories and the ability to guide staff in their application.
* Understanding of legislation and regulations in residential childcare.
* Excellent safeguarding and child protection skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive service development and innovation.
* Strong communication, IT and organizational skills.
