Zip-Clip Ltd is a well-established successful company based in Welshpool, Mid Wales. Zip-Clip Ltd is part of the larger Zip-Clip group servicing the construction industry throughout the world with its innovative products and customer solution based approach.
We are expanding further and are looking to grow our team, requiring a head office based customer services and sales representative to further drive growth and support our clients.
The position offers excellent development opportunities, with previous staff holding this position now employed as senior Manager and Director roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer services and sales calls to our existing client base.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Track all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with Sales Executives for qualified prospects.
Requirements
1. Previous sales experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Comfortable with cold calling and customer support.
