Supply Chain Engagement Lead - Contract - 12 Months - 3 day a week hybrid
About the Company - We're looking for a determined, engaged and person to look after our Pharmaceutical client and to subsequently look after projects pertaining to their clients.
About the Role - The role focuses on managing and leading projects aimed at increasing customer value and retention. This involves working on customer journey improvements and ensuring that the service offering meets the needs of priority customers.
Responsibilities -
* Supply Chain and Process Improvement: You'll need experience in supply chain management, including order and claims management, and be able to help optimize these processes to better serve customers.
* Automation: Since the current role involves working on automation (specifically with tools like Co-Pilot and Power Automate), you should have experience in process automation, particularly around reporting and non-value activities such as order and claims management.
* Customer Segmentation: You should be able to build upon the work done around customer segmentation and help design and execute the Value Service Projects that focus on providing higher value to priority customers.
