Job Title: Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Lancashire, Padiham (Burnley) Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours To be successful in this role, you must be able to commit to full-time hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties: The Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant will support the primary school teacher in delivering lessons and activities for Key Stage 2 students. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom preparation. Providing one-to-one support to pupils. Helping with assessments. Maintaining a positive learning environment. Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths. Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting. Education: GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational environment Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, understanding of child development, patience, and a passion for supporting children's learning. Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. First Aid certification.
