Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts in line with accounting standards. Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Manage all finance processes, including the preparation of statutory accounts, month-end reporting, profit and loss consolidation, balance sheet analysis, cost variance analysis (actual vs budget), and "Work in Progress" evaluations. Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Brightpay, and Sage for effective financial management. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy. Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial plans, providing insights based on historical data and trends. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies through regular audits and reviews. Support the year-end audit process by liaising with auditors. Communicate with bank representatives to manage financing arrangements. Coordinate with insurers regarding all company insurance matters.
