As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind our sales team—supporting the sales process from initial order through to vehicle delivery. You’ll handle customer documentation, liaise with manufacturers, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities:

Process new and used vehicle orders

Prepare and manage sales paperwork and invoices

Liaise with customers, sales executives, finance companies, and manufacturers
*
Ensure all documentation complies with legal and brand requirements

Update internal systems with accurate and timely information

Support general admin duties within the sales department
