The Operations Specialist of Workforce Development is responsible for customer service support, managing nine phone lines for patient information, wayfinding, and assisting with the everyday needs of the main entrance for Patients, Visitors, and Staff. Compliance and policy maintained across all CNE operating units.
Responsibilities
1. Accountable for the operations and delivery system supporting all programs and program managers.
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of lifelong learning and professional practice in support of program and workforce excellence.
Qualifications and Specifications
High School diploma required, Associates degree preferred. Must have one to three years’ experience in the Health Care Industry supporting high quality customer service, data entry, and information technology support. Must have demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced environments and handle multiple duties. Must be proficient in the English language; fluency in Spanish is helpful.
