The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and storing cattle and sheep in accordance with animal welfare best practice guidelines. The Role Unloading and transferring animals to holding pens prior to slaughter; Reading ear tags and allocating kill numbers; Checking permits and carrying out FCI and transport audits; Ensuring permits and information is put on to the system correctly; Assist with the daily cleaning schedule in Lairage; Maintaining Health, Safety and Hygiene Standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
