We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at The Advocate Group.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is able to work effectively with internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders, managing them from placement through to delivery.
* Work to resolve customer supply issues and complaints.
* Ensure all customers receive a highly efficient service, supporting the effective operation of the supply chain.
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to make decisions to overcome challenges and enjoy problem-solving.
* High level of attention to detail, able to work with and follow set processes.
* Previous experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain would be highly advantageous.
