As Marketing Assistant, you’ll work as part of the Boots Opticians Marketing team - an exciting, award-winning team that likes to have fun and get things done. You'll play an integral supporting role in the planning and delivery of our ATL campaigns and partnership marketing activity, whilst also providing support across the wider marketing team enabling you to gain experience in all aspects of marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Work cross functionally with our Trading Team, wider Marketing Team, agencies and suppliers to support in co-ordinating the delivery of our agreed partnership marketing plans across our marketing channels to ensure maximum return on investment for suppliers and benefit to our business • Co-ordinate the creation of post campaign analysis reports for marketing campaigns, building a view of learnings and insights for future activity • Support the Marketing & Planning Manager and Paid Media Specialist in the briefing, creative development, set up, sign off and delivery of ATL campaigns and activity across paid media channels including TV, radio, print, digital display, paid social, out of home • Responsible for providing the marketing team and wider business with weekly competitor activity reporting & insights • Weekly marketing reporting • Raising & receipting of POs • Responding to store helpdesk queries in relation to marketing What you’ll need to have: • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn • Ability to build strong relationships with others and work cross-functionally • Strong communication skills • Enjoy working at pace, adjusting to the needs of the business, to meet deadlines • Motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mind set • Good attention to detail and a high concern for order and quality • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities • Proactive attitude Why Boots: At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
