About the Role
The Recruitment and Scheduling Manager will be responsible for attracting new talent to Aramark for the new Everton Stadium located on Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool. You will take a considered, process driven manner that is market leading in its’ approach. In addition, the role will be to support departmental managers with event day scheduling, placing the team in areas where they will thrive utilising their skills to be successful in the business.
Working alongside the wider Human Resources team you play a key role on event days for accreditation, uniform allocation and ensuring the Aramark brand standards are upheld throughout the stadium, thus promoting Aramark as a leader in stadia hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:
* By combining strategy, networking, proactive recruitment techniques and understanding of the many facets of a multi-functional business, you will provide expertise with an inventive mindset. You will partner with the hiring managers and the Aramark Talent Acquisition team across the business to identify, support and fulfil their recruitment needs by attracting both internal and external candidates to prospective roles.
* Recruitment and selection of all variable team members to deliver match day and non-match day events.
* You will provide the candidates with a clear and open recruitment journey that inspires and engages to ensure that Aramark is their employer of choice.
* You will also collaborate closely with the People Coordinator to ensure that all onboarding needs are met upon appointment.
* Be able to manage high volume recruitment, identifying skills within candidates and where they will be best placed within our bars, restaurants and retail outlets.
* You will work collaboratively and build strong relationships with the hiring managers to understand and support their recruitment needs.
* You will influence and implement talent marketing strategies to enhance Aramark’s visibility in the market, through attending local careers fairs and engaging with local colleges and universities.
* Partner with the Job centre, local charities, and wider Aramark services to ensure that Aramark is an equal opportunities employer.
* Collaborate with the TA team to post roles on a regular basis and identifying new and cost-effective ways to bring the best talent into the business.
* You will partner with the Everton FC recruitment team to promote Aramark and Everton FC as an employer of choice and find ways to collaborate on recruitment strategies.
You’ll be Set Up for Success if You Have:
* Volume recruitment for events and sporting match days would be preferred but not required.
* Adaptable and able to move between tasks to ensure that the stadium is staffed directly and that the scheduling is completed to identify potential 3rd party requirements.
* Experience working in a high performing contract caterer would be beneficial.
