Key Responsibilities but not limited to:-
* Oversee residential fire sprinkler installations from start to finish.
* Prepare sales proposals and secure new installation contracts.
* Take ownership of financial performance for the installation division.
* Recruit, develop, and grow a high-performing project team from scratch.
* Ensure seamless operations between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Manage budgets, cash flow, and timelines while ensuring safety and quality standards.
* Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
* Present project reports and contribute to business growth strategies.
