Job Summary
Ensure designated areas of the business are compliant and delivering a high standard of care.
Ensure operations are in line with CQC regulations.
Report to the Senior Management team on a regular basis.
Take a hands-on approach when necessary to address issues.
Register with CQC as the Registered Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC and Local Authority standards.
Maintain clear oversight of all responsible services.
Oversee the day-to-day management of all sites.
Supervise Service Managers and Deputy Managers as needed.
Ensure all required reporting is completed to a high standard and within the appropriate time-frames.
Communicate effectively with external agencies.
Oversee internal quality audits.
Collaborate with the Quality Improvement Manager regarding complaints.
Support services in safeguarding reviews.
Assist managers and staff in consistently delivering high-quality care and support.
Work in partnership with CQC and Local Authorities to maintain "good" standards and work towards "outstanding" ratings.
Implement action plans using SMART principles.
Ensure all Service User documentation is of high quality, fit for purpose, and follows a person-centered approach.
Maintain extensive knowledge of current MCA/DoLS legislation.
General Responsibilities

Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Communicate complex, sensitive, and at times contentious information effectively.
Undertake all required core training and additional professional development as needed.
Carry out other delegated tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the role.
