As Deputy Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management team, taking the business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the successful daily operation of the site. You will demonstrate a passion for leading, motivating, and developing high-performing, competent, and motivated teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and making us the most loved hotel brand. We aim to develop your skills to become a future Hotel Manager within Premier Inn.
Ideally, you will have management experience from hospitality, leisure, retail, or a similar background driven by guest service and business results. Experience in F&B or food services is desirable. With a visible passion for setting high standards and driving results, you will:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, empowering and developing our people to excel and deliver the best, utilizing resources effectively and growing talent.
* Drive commercial best practices, maximize revenue opportunities, and work with the Hotel Manager to control costs and manage labor.
* Oversee all business areas with attention to detail, ensuring brand standards are maintained, and using guest feedback to improve KPIs.
* Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site’s business plan, contributing to the bigger picture.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and manage audit processes to a high standard.
* Be adaptable in your thinking and manage your time effectively to meet business needs.
