Queen’s University Belfast are delighted to announce the Mary McAleese Chair in Connected Leadership and are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate, based in Queen’s Business School (QBS). QBS at Queen’s University Belfast offers world-class undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education delivered through the William J Clinton Leadership Institute. Queen’s University Belfast is a member of the Russell Group, and QBS is accredited by EQUIS, AMBA, Small Business Charter, and has served as a PRME Champion institution since 2020.
The Mary McAleese Chair in Connected Leadership will develop and strengthen the leadership education and research portfolio within QBS. This individual will contribute to strengthening QBS’ vibrant research culture and facilitate knowledge exchange and engagement amongst its wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Management or a closely related discipline with recognised expertise in leadership, ideally in inclusive, responsible or ethical leadership or a related, relationship-centred approach to management.
