Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a flair for customer service and some existing experience in property ideally estate agency. Duties Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the applicable legislation. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms. Handle and prepare administrative tasks related to lettings processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant (mostly offers, referencing and tenancy agreements). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other team members to achieve rental targets and enhance overall performance. Experience Previous experience in lettings would be highly advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. High organisational skills to manage multiple listings and deadlines as well as client interactions efficiently.
