The role Our Employer Solutions team is growing its regional team in Yorkshire as part of its overall national service line growth strategy. You will be responsible for assisting the regional Partner team to market our services and expand our Employer Solutions service offering in the region – advising both existing clients and identifying potential client targets. You will assist with delivery of consultancy work and be involved in business development activities. The role will involve different technical aspects of Employment Taxes, including salary exchange arrangements, employment status and IR35, benefits and expenses and staff rewards, CIS, business owner remuneration planning etc. The candidate will have experience in most aspects of Employment Taxes and currently be working at Manager level in their existing or previous role. Skills & experience Skills Senior Manager role: Employment Taxes, PAYE, NIC and Personal Taxation experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Client-facing experience is desirable Ability to manage and deliver tax planning advisory work Excellent organisational ability A strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated team player Experience CTA qualified or studying CTA (or support can be given) Minimum of 2/3 years working in tax LI-Hybrid LI-JK1 APPLY SAVE JOB
