Accounts Receivable Assistant required for an amazing business based in Solihull. They are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated individual to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise any sales invoices for customers and dealers for monthly charges and used cars.
2. Post receipts to Customer/Dealer accounts to ensure accounts are up to date.
3. General day to day admin for the sales ledger including filing direct debit mandates and keeping track of any incoming post.
4. Answering customer/dealer queries and providing copy invoices etc where necessary.
5. Raise Intercompany invoices with guidance from accountants.
6. Work with Expense systems and recharges.
7. Online Banking - Bank Reconciliations.
