BMS SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEER/MANAGER We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Engineer/Manager designate, to work as part of a small but highly effective team based at our Belbroughton offices in Worcestershire. The successful candidate must have a proven ability in the design and management of all aspects of HVAC controls and building management systems. The ability to work independently is expected. A sound knowledge of all HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic team player. We cover mainly the greater Midlands area. ROLE PROFILE The successful applicant for this role will need to have knowledge of at least one major manufacturer and be able to consult with our commissioning team and installation sub-contractors from start to finish of projects. The role is office based with out of office works for site meetings, although this is now predominantly ‘teams’ based. KEY SKILLS ➢ Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering ➢ Experienced in all aspects of Building Management Systems ➢ Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and other team members. ➢ Excellent Customer Management and Interpersonal Skills ➢ Qualified and experienced with Tridium technology. ➢ BCIA training ➢ Able to run contracts from inception to completion. ➢ BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired. ➢ Ability to provide quotations ➢ CSCS/ECS card holder ➢ A full clean UK driving licence. Hours of work are Monday to Friday based on 40 hours per week.
