The Global Transformative Marketing Campaign Senior Manager for Cytiva leads the creation of impactful, omnichannel marketing campaigns that are customer-centric and aligned with our brand standards. This role involves developing compelling content, driving digital and traditional advertising and promotional programs, and crafting creative messaging that resonates with the target audience. The manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these critical campaign components, delivering cohesive and meaningful communications that elevate our brand and drives awareness, consideration and lead generation of the target audience. During the campaign you the manager will analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness. In addition, this role includes working with the commercial sales and marketing team to develop and implement targeted, personalized, multi-channel account based marketing campaigns for GSAM accounts. This position reports to Global Transformative Marketing Campaign Lead and is part of the Global Transformative Marketing Team located in Amersham or Portsmouth, UK and will be on-site. What you'll do: - Leads critical projects and initiatives having a significant business impact and high visibility. Oversees the development of integrated marketing communications plans to target right segment(s) and persona(s). - Works closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and TM Campaign leads & leader to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, product launches for development and execute on campaign deliverables. - Supports account based marketing and works closely with commercial teams to implement strategy and content and develop and implement tactics to grow global strategic accounts. Set and drive best practices across the organization for ABM tools and strategy. - Acts as an advocate and supports the adoption of the TM approach throughout the organization. Mentors less experienced colleagues. - Ensures KPIs for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches are accurately set for each umbrella campaign as well as integrated & blitz campaigns; review and analyze progress collectively for the business and discuss outcomes/feedback with team members and business stakeholders. Who you are: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; in biotechnology or chemistry. - Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing, campaign, marketing communications, digital marketing, account based marketing or a related field and 5 years' experience in role for a B2B business, preferably in life sciences industry. - Knowledge of Transformative Marketing/Marcoms/ integrated campaign strategies (traditional, digital, and events), content marketing best practices, digital marketing and account based marketing - Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills, and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics. Excellent problem solving skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly express ideas with conversation, writing, and storyboarding. Travel Requirements: - Ability to travel up to 20%, overnight, globally usually for workshops, yearly planning sessions or events It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Life sciences product/industry acumen strongly preferred - Experience managing agency, contractor, and supplier relationships.
