They are currently recruiting for a Lead FPGA Engineer to work within their Research and Development team. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in project and technical leadership related to the design and development of FPGA and embedded firmware architectures and solutions. Key Role Responsibilities Drive the generation, analysis, and development of cutting-edge FPGA and embedded firmware architectures while leading the FPGA team to ensure successful solution delivery, adhering to the established design control process. Accountable for developing work breakdown estimates and ensuring the prompt delivery of FPGA and embedded architectures, as well as design solutions for intricate multi-engineer projects based on specified requirements. Oversight, technical authority, and peer review of the outputs generated by the R&D FPGA and embedded firmware team. Guide and empower the FPGA team by providing hands-on support in the workplace while also assisting engineers in their professional growth. Experience Possessing a degree in software/embedded firmware engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience. A strong background in intricate FPGA and embedded design is crucial. Expertise in FPGA/embedded architecture and comprehensive design, encompassing simulation, hardware verification, and debugging techniques. Experience in programming, particularly in languages such as assembler, C, C++, C#, or other programming languages, including low-level or driver development expertise.
