You might already be an experienced manager working in a QSR, hospitality or retail role. As a member of our management team, you'll be responsible for everything that happens in your store during your shift. This includes controlling all store costs and secure cash handling procedures. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team. For starters, that means ensuring they're fully trained to do their job, they have a clear schedule with enough notice so they can plan the rest of their life (work isn't everything after all!) and, of course, they are always paid correctly and on time. You'll ensure your store is always set up for success. You'll make sure Domino's image and brand standards are always maintained and you'll do everything you can to deliver outstanding quality, service, and store profitability through a fantastic team.
