To be successful, you will have either previously receptionist or customer service experience. As a Receptionist, will be expected to offer a prompt, efficient and personal service to both new and existing clients, delivering excellent in customer service delivery across the telephone, online or in person. What the job involves: Professionally welcoming all clients and visitors, directing enquiries either in person or over the telephone including copying and certifying ID. Overseeing refreshments for clients and prearranged meetings as well as the maintenance and organisation of meeting rooms. Taking initial card payments, updating the database and preparing posting slips alongside managing the daily banking, petty cash and receipts. Responsible for weekly stationery orders, monthly housekeeping audits, archiving and attendance sheets. Ensure compliance with Immigration / Law Society Quality Scheme internal system What you need: Pro-active, self-motivated and passionate about giving outstanding client care with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, case management systems and telephone switchboard. Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers and calculations as well as organised and practical with the ability to remain calm under pressure
