The Client:

The Role:
Looking to strengthen the support functions within the business, they seek a forward-thinking Office Manager to support the directors of the business and oversee the existing administration function. Managing a busy office, you'll be looking after all areas of general administration, helping manage the directors' diaries and time and liaising closely with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Contracts Managers and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing day-to-day administration of the business, managing the current administration staff.
2. Manage the diaries of the business directors, ensuring their time is utilised effectively.
3. All aspects of keeping the office functional, from ordering stationary to internal HR functions.
4. Attend regular meetings, acting as a focal point for external consultants, clients and stakeholders, and minute taking.
5. Effective communication with clients, suppliers, external consultants and colleagues through to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years previous experience within an Office Management or Senior Administration role.
2. Previous construction industry experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right person.
