This role is well-suited for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in a school environment who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining effective communication with students, staff, and parents.Key Responsibilities: Track and record daily student attendance, ensuring accurate data entry and prompt follow-ups on absences. Contact parents/guardians to address attendance issues, responding to queries and providing clear information. Coordinate with teachers and school staff to organise cover for absent colleagues, ensuring classes run smoothly. Generate attendance reports for senior staff, highlighting patterns and key data points. Serve as a key point of communication between students, teachers, and external contacts to manage schedules and administrative needs. Support general office administration tasks as required, maintaining a well-organised and efficient working environment. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a school setting or similar administrative role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and clear approach to liaising with parents and staff. Excellent organisational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritising in a busy setting. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with sensitivity. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.50.
