Online Sales Order Administrator Within Equestrian Retail
From our warehouse / retail outlet at Shirwell, Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies despatches a wide range of equestrian products to horse lovers across the UK. As a team, we all work closely to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our growing equestrian business.
Working Monday - Friday this will be a KEY FULL TIME team member, helping in the processing of some 20,000 orders per year, with further growth expected in 2025.
You will be solely responsible for
• Customer Service
• Liaising with customers to keep up to date with the progress of orders and anticipated delivery schedule
• Liaising with customers on any queries face to face or by telephone or email
• Processing Returns
• Liasion with suppliers
As Part of A Team You will help with
• Serving customers in store.
• Picking our online orders.
• The efficient and accurate despatching of our online orders and associated customer service.
• Assisting with goods inwards.
• Assisting where necessary with any day to day duties required for the running of our business.
We are looking for candidates with a wealth of commercial and life skills able to work on their own and as part of a small team, with a positive can do attitude. You need to have excellent communication skills both over the telephone and written.
Equestrian experience is essential along with good IT skills, you need to be well organised, and have a wealth of life skills and experience. As a small team you have to be super versatile and physically fit, willing to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks.
You will need to have your own transport to get to us.
Full Time 9.00 – 5pm (Could start 9am - 3pm developing into full time)
Starting on Min Wage with a review after 3 months.
