Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a tailored care plan to meet their requirements.
* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assist with medication management and administration
* Support clients with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
