Key Details:
1. Position: Band 6 Care Coordinator – Perinatal Team
2. Location: Northallerton (Hybrid role with parking available nearby)
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
4. Contract Length: 3–6 months (ongoing)
5. Start Date: December 2024 – January 2025
6. Pay Rate: £25–£28 per hour
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families during the perinatal period. Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Care Coordinator.
2. Expertise in mental health and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
3. Qualification as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist (OT), or Social Worker (SW).
