Showroom Manager wanted in Dorset!
KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury, family owned, bespoke, made to measure kitchen company based in Christchurch to assist them in looking for a Showroom Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
Full time, permanent position, Tuesday – Saturday with an OTE of up to £36,000!
Responsibilities:
· Managing and coaching a team to deliver sales
· Meeting KPI targets
· Acting as a role model when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
· Recruiting and developing exceptional staff
· Managing social media channels
· Ensuring showrooms are maintained to a high standard internally and externally
· Ensuring showrooms meet H&S regulations
· Ensuring the security of the showroom
· Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with to the best possible standard
· Ensuring company policies are followed

· A high performing manager with a proven track record
· Flexible – able to adapt to changing priorities and targets/KPI’s and strategies quickly, to align the team and create the vision
· Extremely well organised
· Incredibly strong time management skills and a clear ability to work under pressure
· Can build a strong sense of teamwork
· Influential communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
· Always demonstrating resilience
· People orientated, excellent listening skills, strong empathy
· Comprehensive IT literacy and mental agility
· Understanding of company policies, procedures, and ways of working
· A passion for home improvement & design.
Essential requirements:
· Experience of successfully managing a team in a busy retail environment
· Experience of successfully working in a kitchen showroom
· Driving licence
