£26,000 - £27,000 DOE

Outsource UK is hiring! We're looking for experienced Claims Handlers who are passionate about helping and supporting customers. Our client, one of the UK's largest and most reputable retail banks, is offering a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties of the Claims Handler Position:
1. Liaising with customers of the client delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Gathering required information, ensuring accuracy when doing so.
3. Managing a large number of existing claims and dealing with queries from customers, third parties, and suppliers to ensure the efficient progress of the claim.
4. Liaising with third parties such as other insurance companies and solicitors.

Requirements of the Claims Handler position:
1. Articulate and professional with excellent communication, verbal and written.
2. Prior experience in a claims handler position or customer service in a financial or insurance industry.
3. Experience within a financial services or complaints environment.
4. Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
