OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our residents during night shifts. You will oversee the clinical care of our residents, lead a team of care staff, and ensure that all healthcare needs are met to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans.
2. Monitor residents' health and update care plans accordingly.
3. Supervise and support care staff during night shifts.
4. Ensure compliance with care regulations and maintain accurate records.
5. Provide a calming presence and manage any overnight emergencies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and NMC PIN.
2. Previous experience in a care home is essential.
3. Strong clinical and communication skills.
4. Experience with using the Person Centred Software Computer System advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
5. Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care.
6. Availability for 3 to 4 night shifts per week.
