Overview:
A leading SaaS provider is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients, managing renewals, and driving upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales. Your efforts will reduce churn, increase customer retention, and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: Guide clients through seamless onboarding and successful product implementation.
* Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Retention & Upselling: Lead efforts in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to drive growth within strategic accounts.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and improve the product based on feedback.
* Customer Success Initiatives: Lead training, focus groups, and customer engagement events to foster loyalty.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within SaaS.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience in retention and upsell strategies.
