We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to join our Marketing Department. This full-time role involves strategy, leadership, customer acquisition, team management, agency management, reporting, performance analysis, data analysis, budget management, and team working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own strategy for all media: paid search, paid social, and organic campaigns.
* Turn data insights into actionable strategies, enhancing digital performance.
* Lead the team, motivate, and grow existing team members.
* Lead and manage our digital media agency.
* Create reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns, and website traffic.
* Analyse and lead performance, understanding the details and effectiveness of each campaign.
* Optimise plans through analysis of large data sets.
* Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and teams to deliver ecommerce and marketing performance.
Requirements:
* Successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role.
* Track record of paid spend optimisation across different categories and channels.
* Experience with building a performance marketing engine.
* Managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team.
* Strong knowledge and experience with Google Package, META, Affiliate Networks, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and VOD.
* Confident presenting and working cross-functionally and at board level.
* Knowledge and experience of working within a trading / commercial environment.
