Waracle is looking for a Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role working from any of our offices in the UK (Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh or London) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects or programmes of work, from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to digital project management. As a Project Manager your duties will include: Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Communication: Establish clear communication plans with client stakeholders and manage day-to-day interactions. Support Client Partner with strategic reporting and relationship management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Project & Programme Management: Manage multiple digital projects (web, mobile, UX/UI), defining scope, timelines, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Adapt project plans as needed, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and issues. Resource & Budget Management: Coordinate project resourcing and staffing with recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with commercial plans. Track budgets and implement risk mitigation strategies when necessary. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues, working with cross-functional teams to minimise impact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution and quality assurance. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, manage onboarding, and oversee the use of project management tools like Kantata. Requirements Proven experience managing digital projects in a consultancy or agency setting. Strong understanding of digital programmes including web and mobile app development, UX/UI design, and related initiatives. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects or programmes simultaneously. Proficient in budget management, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Kantata, Jira) for scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
