Our in-vitro Diagnostic Assay manufacturing site in Dundee has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operator to join the team.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
* The role is an individual contributor position.
* Expectations are aligned with the Capabilities and Behaviours outlined in the Abbott Dundee Employee Handbook.
* The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe receipt and management of inventory.
* Inventory management must adhere to current best practices and Quality standards.
* Responsibilities are aligned with the expectations set by the Warehouse Supervisor.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Conduct activities in line with Abbott Dundee's Health & Safety culture.
* Follow instructions, such as SOPs, to manage the supply chain accurately and maintain quality standards.
* Complete quality documentation according to GMP requirements.
* Participate positively in training and self-development.
* Operate Warehouse apparatus.
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to product line, process, documentation, material, and workplace organization.
* Perform other duties as requested by the Line or Department Manager.
BASE REQUIREMENTS
* Nat 4 or equivalent in English, Maths or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
* Hold an active forklift license, or capable of obtaining a forklift license.
