Job summary Modality Partnership East Surrey Division has a part-time vacancy (25 -27 hours per week over 3 days) for a Specialist Paediatric Nurse to be based at Townhill Medical Practice (Caterham). The postholder will be a high performing skilled Specialist Paediatric Nurse, working across Modality East Surrey Division and be required to deliver face to face clinical activity providing expert nursing care to children and young people in a primary care setting, working closely with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams. Main duties of the job The role is both the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients presenting with acute or chronic conditions, along with the provision of preventative health care to the practice population.
