Salary: £28 - £30/annum bonus and benefits package
Exciting opportunity to join one of Bromley's fastest-growing social care companies as a Recruitment and Vetting Manager as it embarks on an ambitious nationwide recruitment campaign. Role will involve leading innovative and savvy recruitment campaigns, both using social media and engaging with community resources to create an effective and streamlined recruitment process.
You will need to be a confident and articulate communicator as the role will involve delivering presentations and pitching to executives. You will be involved in the creation and execution of business plans and management reporting. This position will suit an individual who has the desire to lead from the front and has a good appreciation of large-scale safe and effective recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes.
