As a Levy Specialist - Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of new business growth. Your role will be a blend of consultative selling and relationship management - identifying, engaging, and onboarding new employer partners while also developing existing client accounts.
What you'll be doing:
1. Identifying and securing new employer partnerships across industries
2. Promoting tailored apprenticeship solutions and workforce development strategies
3. Leading strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
4. Building strong relationships with HR Directors, L&D Managers, and C-suite stakeholders
5. Acting as a trusted advisor on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding pathways
6. Driving lead generation through cold calling, networking, and industry events
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
8. Monitoring market trends and uncovering new growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate
