Title: Lead Qualification Specialist
Location: 2 days working from home, 3 days client premises/Apex House

Role Overview
As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads for our Managed IT Services. Your efforts will ensure high-quality opportunities are passed to our Account Managers and Account Executives, directly contributing to the booking of meaningful appointments that drive revenue growth and build long-lasting client relationships.
Essential Duties
1. Lead Qualification
o Engage with potential clients to understand their IT challenges, business requirements, and decision-making process.
o Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to determine their position and fit for our services.
2. Appointment Scheduling
o Schedule appointments of confirmed leads with the Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover.
o Coordinate calendars and manage scheduling logistics to optimize sales team efficiency.
3. CRM Management
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
o Track the status of leads throughout the qualification process and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
4. Collaboration
o Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
o Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure alignment on qualified leads and sales strategies.
5. Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to improve the lead qualification process.
o Stay updated on the company's offerings to effectively address client questions and objections.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
