We seek to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator, to act as the first point of contact for parents/carers, students, staff, external agencies, and visitors, in line with the school’s safeguarding policy and procedures. In addition, the post holder will provide effective and high-quality administrative support across the school as part of a team as directed by the Administration Coordinator. We are keen to appoint a member of staff with an inclusive and flexible mindset who would be comfortable in a busy school environment working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The Role
This is a temporary, term-time only plus 5 in-service training days (INSET) position, working 37 hours per week (8am to 4pm). The salary range for this post is BG6 £25,183 rising to £25,584 (gross per annum paid pro rata plus holiday pay). The contract will start as soon as possible, subject to satisfactory clearances, and will end on 31 August 2025.

The School
St Mary Redcliffe and Temple is a successful and heavily oversubscribed 11-18 co-educational, Church of England, comprehensive school of over 1750 students, serving families from the whole of greater Bristol and beyond.
