Due to exciting expansion plans a specialist homecare and supporting living provider for intensive care packages in recruiting a Registered Manager for their new service in Southampton.
This company provide high quality homecare to a wide range of clients including: complex care, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. You will be supported by a fantastic senior management team in areas such as business development, compliance and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the development of a new homecare service in the Southampton area
2. Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
5. Drive the growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to bring in new clients
6. Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting
8. Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups
9. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
10. Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
11. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
12. A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
