We are seeking a creative and versatile individual to join our team at The Natural Energy Company, a leader in the renewable energy industry. Role Overview
As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You’ll manage all aspects of the company marketing and liaise with the videographer to deliver an outstanding brand image, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the company's social media presence, posting reels twice a week and YouTube videos bi-weekly (Produced by the Videographer).
* Design and create all physical and digital marketing materials, such as leaflets, brochures, blog graphics, and monthly newsletters.
* Use Canva to design branded digital assets.
* Work with the team to write scripts for YouTube videos.
* Write weekly blogs, keeping customers informed and engaged with industry trends and company news.
* Support the development of our Learning Centre by managing YouTube video uploads, writing case studies, and assisting with website updates and creative design.
* Collaborate with the team on Hubspot email campaigns and monthly newsletters.
* Develop and present a monthly marketing plan outlining content for social media and YouTube channels.
* Schedule customer filming sessions, testimonials, and other video shoots, working closely with other team members to coordinate.
* Liaise with the Videographer to communicate content ideas, the focus of the month’s marketing, and to arrange shooting schedules.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of social media management and understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Experience with Canva to create engaging marketing materials.
* Strong writing skills for blogs, case studies, and email newsletters.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
* Knowledge of renewable energy.
* Passionate about sustainability and the environment. This is a must!
