We are looking for a Kitchen Porter (Variable hours) where you will be responsible for the preparation, production and running of a section of the kitchen. You will assist in the production of all food served at the RSC, including public, staff and event catering to the highest quality.

Reporting to the Senior Chefs, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
* Driving the electric van to deliver goods to the catering outlets from one building to another.
* Hand washing of pots, pans and utensils
* Machine dishwashing
* General cleaning
* Equipment cleaning
* Refuse collection
* Basic vegetable preparation
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* A full, clean driving licence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to be flexible throughout busy and quite periods
* Effective communication levels
This is a variable hour, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon. You will be working a variety of shifts including some evenings and weekends.
