Our client, a dynamic agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join their Client Services department. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between assigned clients and the agency's capabilities, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, attending meetings, swiftly addressing inquiries, and maintaining thorough records.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
* Generate accurate quotes, oversee invoicing, and ensure smooth financial transactions.
* Develop clear project briefs, facilitate communication with Creative/Development teams, and ensure consistent use of Synergist (or similar).
* Delegate tasks to Account Executives, monitor their performance, and provide coaching to foster professional growth.
* Collaborate across departments, meet deadlines, and maintain up-to-date client data in line with GDPR and company procedures.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in advertising, marketing, communications, or business. Proven success in agency-based Account Management.
* Strong business awareness, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
* Exceptional verbal/written skills (including grammar and proofreading). Excellent at planning, multitasking, and detail management.
* Demonstrated people management experience; able to nurture a high-performing, collaborative environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with GDPR and relevant regulations.
* Driven, ambitious, and passionate about delivering exceptional client results. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing demands.
