The Royal Ballet and Opera wants to share these life-changing artforms with as many people as we can, working to enrich the cultural life of the nation by growing the public enjoyment and appreciation of exceptional ballet and opera.The role: We are now seeking to recruit an Estates Asset and Data Manager based within our Estates and Facilities Department. We have just brought the Estates Engineering Maintenance team in-house, so this is an exciting time to join the department and play a key role in the new structure of the team.In this role you will provide and be responsible for supporting the Technical Estates Management team as the gatekeeper of the estate s technical assets & data. You will advise on asset condition and business intelligence and performance to inform strategic business decisions. You will also update and maintain an accurate technical asset database in line with best practice including the management of drawings, asset plans SFG20 and CAFM via the Helpdesk.What you`ll bring: You will be able to demonstrate: An exceptional, extensive and proven track record in a similar role within a similar industry. Industry recognised technical qualifications in engineering, building services or FM, or proven experience and competence through practical experience. Technical knowledge and detailed experience of building services including mechanical, electrical and property. A detailed knowledge of asset management working practices and demands of a large complex public building. A detailed knowledge of SFG20 and CAFM management, including asset management and asset performance reporting.
